These are images taken while traveling through Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan. The exhibit shows a small slice of Nomadic life. From the vast mountain ranges of Mongolia, home to various scattered tribes, to the World Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan, my birthplace.

Photographer's Statement

 

In the summer of 2016, I traveled within Mongolia, to Ulaan-Batoor, Ulgii, and more. I was there for roughly 5 weeks. I lived for over 2 weeks in the mountains of Bayan-Olgii with Kazakh Nomads. Throughout this trip, I document the beauty and poverty tied to nomadic life.
